Conference rooms for workgroups

As an Administrator user you have the possibility of creating workgroup rooms in Friend Chat. 

In order to do that you need to go to “Conference rooms” tab and select to Create a room. 

Once the room is created and named you will have the Settings option available by pressing on  next to the room’s name:

Clicking on Settings will open up a new window where you can add various settings: 

Select the desired workgroup that will participate in that room and press on “Done”.

Now all the users that are part of that workgroup will have access to the newly created Workgroup room.
