Remote disk offers you the possibility to mount drives located on another sever . For example if you are at work and you want to access your drive from your personal account to get some files. Remote disk will facilitate this and give you easy access to your files through different servers.
In order for you to set up one you need to follow these steps:

1. Go to My account – Storage – Add new storage – Select “Remote disk”
Disk name : name your disk
IP/FC ID : the server name from which you are trying to mount the drive; example: volatile.friendup.cloud
Server device: the name of the drive you try to mount ; example : Home
Username /password : username and password from the server you are trying to access
Server ID:
Public key:
Notes:
2. Select Add storage
Your new drive will show up on “Available storage” and on your desktop.
